A Dynamic Duo: God working with us:
We Pray for God’s Protection, and
We Declare Peace in our own lives on the Prayer for Peace Day, Sun-day, March 18, 2007, and, if we can, on the First Sunday of every month.
The Generic Prayer.

“God, please protect us from terrorists and people who would hurt us, protect our defenders and protect people who cannot protect themselves.
We also ask you to heal the world’s woundedness, and to let us go beyond our earthly limitations and forgive those people who tear down our buildings and kill our loved ones. We pray for our nations’ leaders to bring us balance and order and justice. Amen.”
Note: Pray in Your Faith Tradition. We appeal to all Faith Traditions: Christians (Orthodox, Protestant, Catholic, Coptic and others) Muslims, Jews, Buddhists, Hindus and others. Christians will want to pray in the Name of Jesus. You may want to substitute the traditional words of your faith. The important thing is that we all join hands around the world and ask God Our Creator for His Peace on Sunday, March 18, 2007.

hatred and intolerance from our hearts, minds and behaviors, (2) we feed the hungry or visit the sick, and (3) we forgive, bless and pray for one enemy that day, Sunday, March 18, 2007, and, if possible every First
Sunday. First Sundays are our very own Declare Peace Day:
